Ceramic oyster shells inspired by the Northern California coastline, made with locally sourced materials.

Each shell is uniform in size and weight. The live edge and hinge ligament are hand-formed and unique to each piece.

They reference realism while remaining true to porcelain.

Each shell is formed, finished, and fired in my studio in Northern California.
